I’m getting an error message “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”. What should I do?

1. To pause the video click on ( II ), to resume viewing click on the arrow ( > )
2. Once your course video appears, you must view all of the chapters for the course, without skipping ahead, to earn your CE credit
3. To enlarge the video screen, click on the icon on the bottom right of the video ( [ ] )
4. As a reminder, be sure to adjust your volume and take it off of mute
Certificate Checklist: You can track your progress with your online CLE process and required steps by clicking on the "Certificate Checklist" tab on the left-hand side of the course video. All steps that have been completed show a green checkmark.
How do I get my Course Certificate?
To receive a Certificate of Completion you must:
1. View all of the Chapter recordings in order
2. Hit all checkpoints.
