Disclaimer
While
we do the best we can to make sure the most popular classes are renewed
continuously, there will come a time when a class expires for a myriad of
reasons. The expiration date on all courses is listed on the course
description. Because the course is added to the attorney's account when
purchased for later viewing, it is the attorney's responsibility to ensure that
the course is still active and approved in the attorney's state when the
attorney actually watches the video. We can make no guarantees that a class
will be approved in a certain state at any given point. If the attorney is
licensed in a state for which the class is not approved, the attorney should
contact Comedian of Law to see about the possibilities of getting credit for
the class. Often, the attorney will be able to submit for approval of a class
in the attorney's state and we will be happy to provide the timed agenda and
written materials for that purpose to the attorney. In addition, if there is
enough demand, we might be able to submit for credit in that particular state.
Expiration
Lawyers must complete the courses within twelve months from the date of purchase.
Refund
Policy
There
is no refund of an On-Demand Subscription once a course has been viewed.
